International Cooking Class - Tex-Mex Taco Night B1/B2

Excite your taste buds and travel across the globe southwest with a Tex-Mex cooking class! We will have fun improving your conversational English skills and confidence during and after you have learned to cook a new dish you can re-create at home. In this class, we will be learning how to make beef tacos and guacamole - a Mexican favorite that is very popular in the US.
Basic English skills are required. Instruction will be in English from an American with culinary school training and work experience in a James Beard Award manager restaurant in the US.
We will practice knife skills, new cooking techniques, and new flavor profiles, while practicing English and learning new English food vocabulary. Students may stay to enjoy the meal with the class, while we chat about different eating culture etiquette for example and practice English over a meal together.  Come on a food adventure with me!
Food allergies can be discussed with the instructor before October, 9th.
Food costs to be paid that evening: 15€ to 20€ depending on the dish and ingredients needed.
